Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains how Trustline Global Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202622900K), Singapore, handles information in connection with this website and enquiries. It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party services you choose to use.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, company information, product requirements and correspondence. If a purchase proceeds, further information may be needed to arrange the transaction. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry; do not send passwords, identity documents or full payment-card details unless specifically required through an appropriate channel.
3. Product selections in your browser
The website enquiry builder stores selected products, specifications, colour preferences and quantities in your browser’s session storage. It does not ask for your name or email address and does not submit the selection to a Trustline website server. Session storage generally lasts for the browser tab’s session; browser session restoration may preserve it. Opening a prepared WhatsApp link passes the enquiry text to WhatsApp. You review and send the message in WhatsApp.
4. How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss product availability and quotations, and, where applicable, arrange an agreed purchase and its support. Information may also be needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Sending an enquiry is not, by itself, consent to unrelated promotional messages. Any additional use requiring consent will be handled separately.
5. Hosting, fonts and external services
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request details. The website requests fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s font services. Email and WhatsApp actions open the relevant external service, whose terms and privacy practices apply. This website does not include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics script. Hosting and external services may still process technical information.
6. Disclosure and overseas processing
Information may be shared where needed to handle your request or an agreed transaction, for example with the relevant delivery or business service provider, or where required by law. Any disclosure should be limited to the information needed for the relevant purpose. Service providers may process information outside Singapore; any transfer of personal data for which Trustline is responsible must meet applicable Singapore data protection requirements.
7. Protection and retention
Access to enquiry and transaction information should be limited to people who need it for the relevant business purpose. Personal data should be protected by reasonable security arrangements and retained only while needed for that purpose or applicable legal requirements. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for all records; enquiry correspondence and transaction records may have different retention needs.
8. Requests and questions
For privacy questions, correction or access requests, or to withdraw consent where applicable, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy enquiry”. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request before handling it. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to handle a request where the information is necessary. Business contact information may be treated differently under Singapore’s PDPA depending on the circumstances.
9. Updates
We may revise this policy when website features or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
