Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Trustline Global Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202622900K), Singapore. These terms explain the permitted use of our website and the status of the information it provides. They are not terms of sale and do not, by themselves, create a purchase contract.

2. Product information

We take reasonable care in preparing product information. Models, specifications, colours, packaging, included accessories, promotional gifts and availability may change before an order is agreed. Images illustrate the product and may not show the exact colour, configuration or items included. Availability, included items and warranty details will be confirmed in the relevant quotation. Describing a device as a Singapore local set does not, by itself, specify its warranty provider, duration or coverage. Please confirm these details before ordering.

3. Enquiries and purchases

Sending an enquiry, selecting a colour or specification, or adding products to an enquiry list does not, by itself, place an order, reserve stock or lock in a price. Website content is not a binding quotation. Any purchase is subject to the agreement reached with our sales team. These website terms do not override an agreement made in an accepted quotation, order confirmation or other correspondence.

4. Quotations and agreed changes

The relevant quotation or correspondence should identify the agreed product condition, model, configuration, colour, quantity, included items and promotional gifts, together with price, applicable GST, delivery charges, quotation validity, payment arrangements and warranty details. Please ask us to clarify any missing or unclear information before agreeing to a purchase. Warranty details should identify the provider, duration, coverage and claim procedure applicable to the product. Once an order is agreed, these website terms do not permit unilateral changes to it. Proposed changes to agreed products, prices, included items or other order terms require agreement with the customer.

5. Delivery, warranty and returns

A desired delivery date supplied in an enquiry is a request, not a delivery commitment. Delivery or collection arrangements, including any agreed delivery date, are confirmed separately for the relevant transaction. Warranty, cancellation, returns and the handling of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods must also be confirmed for that transaction before purchase. This page does not establish a blanket no-refund rule, promise manufacturer warranty, or replace rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit fraudulent enquiries, impersonate another person or business, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or disrupt its operation. Do not extract, copy or redistribute protected content in a way that infringes rights, bypasses access controls or violates applicable law. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property and Brand References

Brand names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are displayed to identify and describe the products offered by Trustline. Unless expressly stated, their display does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the relevant brand owner.

Original website content created by Trustline remains the property of Trustline.

8. Third-party services

Links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their operation. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and do not send passwords or full payment-card details through an enquiry.

9. Website availability and legal rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and accessible, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Please contact us if you identify an error. Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your rights relating to an agreed purchase are not replaced by this page.

10. Updates

We may update this page and will show the date of the latest revision. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing order or agreement.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to any mandatory applicable law. This does not prevent the parties from seeking an agreed resolution.
